Skopje's architectural landscape spans centuries, from the 6th-century defensive walls of the Skopje Fortress to the sprawling 12th-century Old Bazaar, the largest Ottoman marketplace in the Balkans outside Istanbul. A Mustafa Pasha's Mosque
