Julian Alps Mountain Huts
The Julian Alps feature an extensive network of mountain huts, known locally as "koče," managed by the Alpine Association of Slovenia. These shelters range from high-altitude lodges like Kredarica, which serves as a year-round meteorological station, to valley-based cabins in the Soča and Tamar regions. N Koča pod Bogatinom
Situated at 1,513 meters on the Na Kraju pasture. It occupies the site of a former Austrian military hospital from the Isonzo Front of World War I.

Located at 690 meters in the Voje Valley near Bohinj. It sits at the end of the Mostnica Gorge trail, surrounded by alpine meadows and pastures.
P Koča pri Savici
