Segunda Praia is the island's primary social area with beachfront dining, while Terceira Praia acts as the main departure point for boat excursions. Further south, the expansive Quarta Praia is characterized by its shallow natural pools formed by coral reefs. Nearby, the Paredão da Argila features cliffs of pink clay used for traditional skin treatments.
