Qingdao’s religious landscape reflects its diverse history, blending Eastern traditions with Western architectural influences. This collection features the city's largest Buddhist site, Zhanshan Temple, alongside historic Christian churches reflecting the German colonial period and Russian architectural styles. The list also includes the Ming-era Taoist Haiyunan Temple, known for its annual folk festivals, and the Qingdao Mosque, representing the city's Islamic heritage.

Zhanshan Temple

Founded in 1934, this is the largest Buddhist temple in the city. It follows the Tiantai sect and features five main halls, a seven-story brick pagoda, and a large pond at the foot of Zhanshan Hill.

St. Paul's Church

A Romanesque-style red brick structure built in 1938. Designed by a Russian architect, it features a prominent square bell tower and serves as a significant Protestant landmark in the historic district.
