2 Day Trip to Dublin
Wander through the wonderful city of Dublin and explore the best things to do there. If you have just two days to spare, you should plan your itinerary carefully!
If you are interested in how your favorite beer and whiskey were made, visit the Guinness Storehouse and the Old Jameson Distillery. If you want to enjoy a pint, come back later - the Guinness Storehouse has a restaurant and three bars. Next, see the Christ Church Cathedral and the largest church in Ireland - St. Patrick's Cathedral. Your last stop before heading to Temple Bar, the centre of Dublin's nightlife, is Dublin Castle. The former seat of the British government of Ireland now houses two museums and cafés. You can also visit the government buildings and the state apartments.
On the second day, visit the Hugh Lane Gallery and the Old Library. Then, stroll through the grounds of the well-known Trinity College and head to the National Museum of Ireland which offers an exquisite view into the natural history. Finish your day in the Victorian public park known as St Stephen's Green.
