Parks and gardens in Istanbul

Istanbul’s green spaces range from the historic grounds of imperial palaces to modern waterfront retreats. Gülhane Park, once part of the Topkapı Palace, features the ancient Column of the Goths and seasonal tulip displays. Yildiz Park offers expansive picnic areas within former royal gardens, while the Dolmabahçe Palace Park provides manicured landscapes along the Bosphorus.
