Iconic Mountain Peaks
This collection features the most prominent summits of the Krivánska Malá Fatra range in northern Slovakia. Ranging from the iconic limestone massif of Veľký Rozsutec to the highest point at Veľký Kriváň (1,709 m), these peaks define the rugged skyline above the Vrátna Valley. The trails connect grassy ridges with technical rocky sections, passing through the Malá Fatra National Park and offering panoramic views of the Western Carpathians and neighboring Beskid ranges.
Veľký Rozsutec
Velky Rozsutec, 'Big Rozsutec', is the highest peak (1610 m.a.s.l.) of Mala Fatra mountain range.
Veľký Kriváň
Veľký Kriváň is the highest mountain in the Lesser Fatra mountain range in Western Carpathians in Slovakia.
Chleb
The third highest peak of the range at 1,646 m, located on the main ridge. It is easily accessible via the cable car from the Vrátna Valley.
Malý Rozsutec
