Operating since 2011, the restaurant is headed by former Fat Duck head chef Ashley Palmer-Watts. He opened the place together with Heston Blumenthal and it has already gained two Michelin stars.
The menu changes every three months and consists of modern dishes inspired by historical British recipes ranging from the 14th to 19th centuries.
