Beaches and cliffs in Portimão

Portimão’s coastline is defined by the contrast between wide sandy stretches and jagged limestone cliffs. This selection includes the expansive Praia da Rocha, home to the 17th-century Fortress of Santa Catarina, and the more secluded Praia João de Arens, accessible via clifftop paths.
