Geothermal wonders in Rotorua Lakes District

Rotorua sits atop the Taupō Volcanic Zone, a region defined by intense subterranean heat and unique geological formations. This collection includes the Lady Knox Geyser, which is induced to erupt daily at 10:15 AM, and the Champagne Pool, famous for its 65-meter diameter and orange mineral crust.
